HIV-prevention started early in Australia, and one of the most well known projects was The Albion Street Clinic in Sydney. This segment was filmed with dr. Julian Gold one of the founders of the project, a night in March 1988 when visiting prostitute teenage boys in “the Wall”. The film also shows the activities of the Australian Prostitutes Collective (APC), focusing on female sex workers in Sydney.

This film, shot in Sydney in April 1988, shows how Judy, an AIDS-activist from the Australian Prostitutes Collective visit a legal brothel in Sydney. She is educating the female sex workers and informing them about safe sex, condoms and how to protect themselves. A young prostitute, Chrissie, is also interviewed.
