This film shows how HIV and AIDS hit the Bronx in New York, filmed in April 1988. The film focus on a narcotics police squad from the 47th Precinct in the Bronx and how they try to cope with the growing threat of HIV, particulary among injecting drug users. Many people in the Bronx was scared of HIV/AIDS and wanted to blame certain groups.
